Exhibition at Dartmouth 4th July in aid of Children’s Hospice S.W.

For around 20 years I have been exhibiting at the annual summer craft fair on the Avenue Gardens around the bandstand area. It is a wonderful event, and each year raises a great deal of money to support the services of the Children's Hospices South West. I am very fortunate to be invited back every year. They have entertainers on the bandstand, who provide excellent music and fun.

We had a really successful day in beautiful weather. My daughter helped me set up my exhibition, which raised many compliments. We sold really well and had lots of enquires for the future. I was so delighted to receive so many wonderful accolades in appreciation of my work – the colours, the soft style and the beauty of my paintings were constantly commented on. It gave me such joy.
Many thanks to Dartmouth Royal Naval College, who’s cadets willing help us every year to set up our marquees and who have a collection and provide a cheque to support the Children’s Hospice.
